At House of Sunny, we want you to love your iconic pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all seasonal sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition with all House of Sunny tags and biodegradable packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.
Ship It Back
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized collection point or local post office.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your original payment method.
